What Does It Take To Get A Tech Out????? I Have Been Put Off For A Month
I have had a static line for almost a month. I have been ignored and promised service. I was told today that someone would be at my home between 3:00- 7:00 pm and I took off work. No one has come and when I called Bell South, they had no record of me calling.
What is going on????
