How Do I Disconnect My Phone?
My phone line hasn't worked in weeks. No one will come to repair it. I wanted to cancel my service.

You need to call your local bell south customer service number and request a service cancellation. Decline any other offers the rep gives you because they will try their best to keep you as a customer and then they will cancel your service.
