What A Yellow Blinkin Light In Front Of A S32 Mean?

I connect my x32 rack to my s32 and it is not working. The yellow light in the front of the s32 is blinking .

Other than the yellow blinking light I'm not sure how you are setup. I suggest you go here for the available troubleshooting possibilities
