Fca610 Is Installed On Windows 10 Upgrade, But Shows As Offline In Hauptwerk 4.2

Since upgrade to Win10, Audio has been intermittent, then needed reinstalling time and time again. Finally found a new driver 6.13.0.0, but it shows up as offline in Hauptwerk, making everything useless. MIDI is finally working, but not the audio. Is there a fix. MDA said I need to get help from Behringer.
