You just need to answer one basic question to decide which CPU you should buy - what are the specifications of your monitor? If it is a 1080p monitor with a refresh rate of more than 120 Hz, then go with an overclockable 8th generation Intel processor, i.e, the i5 8600K(with a Z370 motherboard). If your monitor is less than 100 Hz, no matter the resolution, then a Ryzen 5 1600, or the new Ryzen 5 2600X, are both great choices.
Now, coming to your question - for the parts you have given, go with a 600-650 W 80+ Gold certified power supply. It will give you ample headroom should you upgrade in the future, and will be very efficient and silent even under heavy load(of course the noise also depends on the specific model you buy). A Corsair RM650x is a good choice with these specifications, if you can afford it.
As for cases, the NZXT S340 is a good case. However, there are tons of cases out there, and cases are a very personal choice, so my recommendation may not suit your preferences. It's best to do your own research on cases and choose whichever suits your needs and likes instead.
I hope this helps. Cheers!
