How To Return/exchange A Damaged Product Delivered By Fedex.

I received a Brinkman 4 burner gas grill as a Christmas gift and just opened the box yesterday to assemble it and as soon as I opened the top of box I seen that the grill pieces are bent and smashed very badly. You could not tell by the box it might of even had damage to it until it was opened up. And I know that it has not gotten damaged while being in my possession for the mere fact the grill went from under the tree to the corner of the room since Christmas day and has not been touched until yesterday when I finally opened it to put it together. So what kind of solutions bass pro shops have in situations as this. Thanks and look forward to hearing back from you.
