how do I get a refund for a book ordered but never delivered?

I can't be very specific, as (at this writing) there's no identification of the seller with your question. Depending on the time since the order and the seller's rules, it's possible you may be able to cancel the order--or, if not, to either refuse delivery or return the package unopened.
