Countrywide Mortgage

I was sent a settlement letter by countrywide loans. I am aware that bank of america purchased countrywide last year. My question is when will I receive my settlement offer? I sent the letter in by the deadline last year and have already checked the countrywidesettlement.com website. All it states is that the checks "hope to mailed by early 2010". No one in their customer service site can give me a month when they will be sent out.
