Need Bmw Warranty Contacts

The turbo on my Mini is blown and Zack Little from BMW Customer Service is refusing to cover it under the known turbo defect and the defect of the auxillary water pump failing to cool the turbo causing it to burn out.  Zack claimed the denial was based on lack of maintenance even though I have maintained it to Mfg/BMW specifications. He also claimed that a regional body denied the claim but when I called the main CS # and got Serg Akpalo he told me that Zack makes the decision and the decision is final.  So my car is undrivable, been sitting at the dealer for 6 weeks leaving me without a car and I find out that Zack has been scamming me for at least a month.  This is outrageous that BMW would allow 2 CS reps to run a game on its exclusive BMW customers since 1999 and then Serg further would not transfer me to a supervisor, provide me with an extension or email. So bottom line I need to escalate this problem to someone in BMW who gives a crap about their customers and address my issue before I am forced to take to a viral assault on BMW.  Any help is appreciated.  BTW the car is a 2008 turbo S with only has 60K highway miles and is in immaculate condition and the cost to repair is $5200!!!!!  Any help is appreciated...

The warranty on your car is 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Your car is no longer under warranty, so they are not going to fix the car for free.

As for the auxiliary water pump failure, that was a problem and there was a recall over it. But that was due to the risk of engine compartment fire and not turbo related problems.
