Just Changed The Amp In My 2006 Bmw M6

the trunk had a leak and my amp got wet so i got a new one and replaced it but still no sound from the radio only thing happen is that the cd track shows but does not play cant go on the radio or aux ps the satellite radio and the phone mod got wet to but i didnt change them because i dont need to use .to you think i need to change the headunit need help
