As you know the Avon return policy requires you to return the item to your Avon rep with your receipt. The beauty of this is that the rep may have a copy of your receipt in her records, even if you don't.

Since you no longer have contact with your rep, you can contact Avon in several ways

Customer Care phone number: 1-800-500-2866

By calling the main office in NYC, you can be directed to the proper office: 212-282-5000. Avon also has another toll free number 1-800-367-2866

Do understand that if your wife purchased the product too long ago, Avon might not refund your money. There are some exceptions but the standard shelf life is 3 years with a few skin care products being 18-24 months from manufacture date.
