You can still have it replaced by contacting the Avon Representative who sold it to you. Your guarantee is always 100%, but that guarantee for replacements or unhappiness with a product comes with a cost. You will just have to pay some fees for her to have it shipped back for a replacement. They're not big fees, but they are none the less fees. Nothing is free with Avon, they make us pay for everything. I was silly enough to pay these kinds of fees for my customers & by the end of the year I had a very close $1,000 loss. Unless you sell a ton of Avon you really don't make money off of it. This means that we have to pass these fees on to the customer because we either don't make enough, or we have too many customers & have lots of returns to send. Either way, we unfortunatly have to pass on the fees, so that we're not paying for the customers product. You wouldn't buy my stuff for me, would you? You have to think of it like that unfortunatly.
