Explanation And Refund Of £59.99 Taken 24th Nov 2016
I was granted Avast antivirus for a year in 2015. I entered hospital on 15th Nov. when I returned home I found that £59.99 had been taken from my account. I need an explanation for this act and a refund. I cannot conceive any reason for such a large amount being taken from my account
