How Can I Get Avast To Remove 3 Of The 4 Charges On My January Credit Card Bill?

The bottom 4 lines is a record of Avast billing Kathryn Roblee's Chase Credit Card in January, 2015.. I am Kathryn Roblee. Basic information for Kathryn Roblee:/15 at 2:53PM I have been trying for two weeks to get through to someone at Avast about the duplicate charge on my account for my annual renewal. I was charged in November and again in December. I have left three inquiry tickets, to no avail. My only recourse has been to notify the charge company that I will not pay for the second charge. Worse, I have lost all confidence in Avast after many years of satisfaction.
