Contract Renewal For 2017.

I thought the contract had been cancelled at my request, but I find it on my Visa bill today. I wrote over and over about this contact. It is too expensive. I must close down my computersoon because it is too old and cannot accomodate new progams. Please cancel this contract and give me something less expensive. I saw coverage for $14.95 and I didn't accept it at thetime, but that is all that I can afford at this time.

You seem to be confusing us (an independent help site) with Avast. Here are some suggestions:

First, make sure your account is stopped now. Login, go to the "Profile Details" tab, and click on the "Delete Account" button.
If you haven't yet done so, convey your complaint to customer service: use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/avast/customer-service.
Escalate to corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/avast/Corporate%20Office.
Complain to one of the applicable consumer agencies, as listed at https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer/
