Trouble Shooting Problems

I Owen motels and have in all my rooms the Avanti brand microwave model# M07191TW and are around 4/5 years old and several of them will not operate as to select any power icon on the pad including time settings, the power is on the units the child safety is off the doors are correctly fitted all good but it's main function and need an answer to this issue ASAP. Please

It seems that you need to have the problematic microwaves either replaced or repaired.
