Lost My Battery While Charging It, Now I Have To Pay For New One.
If they lost my battery while it was supposed to be charging, is it right for them to have me buy a new one altogether but with a 50% mark down? I never intended to spend any money when I dropped off the battery for the free charge, am I out of line to expect them to replace what they lost at no cost to me?
