Alarm Doest Respond

When i go far away from car and come back the alarm does not respond till I am standing next to the car. Almost like the alarm went to sleep

Check the alarms connection with the car do they properly connected on not all the wires are good or they have some wear and tear.

Your alarm is not working due to bad connection to the power source
