Recovering Mode

how can i get to the recovering mode because my computer is locked by hakkers.

Did you try f9 while powering up? Restoring would be a last resort because you will lose data. Locking a system is not what a hacker does, crackers maybe because they don't care what damage they cause.

In order to recover your computer, you have to do a factory reset. The only problem with that is all your information will be erased.

Restart your computer and keep pressing F9.

You can also purchase a 3rd party software that will be able to crack the password if you really need the documents in your computer.
