Can Not Get Crash Issue Resolved After 4 Weeks Of 'teck Support'???????

Sounds like you will have to send your unit in for service. Have you already tried doing a firmware update. Click on the lower right hand side and click on the gear. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select about tablet and update firmware. If you have unlocked the bootloader your unit has been voided and you will have to pay the service fee in order to have it working properly.
