Can I Have My Phone On Please

Assurance wireless is a horrible company. When my port failed and I requested a new phone but there are no comparable phones. Then they lose the phone in the mail and cut off service argue with you when you pay the bill and have proof that the bill was paid. DO NOT USE ASSURANCEWIRELESS
