Machine Won't Drain/spin Properly.

Hello, Just doing a quick wash with a only a sweatshirt (heavy cotton) and the machine won't spin/drain properly. What should I do. It gives me an error message, but I cannot find out from the manual what should be done.

Helo you need to check the machine's pump something could be blocking it from rotating properly or it could be faulty and need replacement
