Rooted X10 Mini. Cant Download From Market After Deleting Gtalk And Other Apps

I deleted some of the factory apps after i rooted my x10 mini the other day and now my downloads wont start from the market. I now know i shouldn't of deleted gtalk but is there anyway to fix the market without doing the restore factory settings option?
