I Need Help With An Android Zte
The phone literally said I quit a few days ago now it is like setting up a new phone. I bought it from a friend and when I get to the Google account it is not mine, so I tried doing a hard reset several times and it did not help. Is there a way to set it back to factory settings?

Hi. If this ZTE Android device is running version 5.1, then you must be looking a an 'Hard reset protection aka Device Protection'. Otherwise, it will most likely be corrupt firmware requiring a reload. To assist with firmware reloading, we will need the exact model number of the device as seen on a white sticker in the battery bay.
