My Android G-rexx Tab 700 Touch Screen Not Working. Can't Shut Down.
It's powered up, but nothing works. I can't shut it down or do anything. If I can't use it, I need the information to send it back. There's nothing in the users manual or on the box.

You can visit the home webpage of that producer of that item and go to their FAQ page or the help page, either of those will be able to answer any question you may have about your item. On google you cannot locate their site.
If everything fails, try getting in touch with the vendor who sold you the product.
