Android Cancelled Both My Email Accounts.

I had one email account on my 4.1 Jelly Bean phone. I tried to add another, and it repeatedly lied to me that it was the wrong password, which it was not. And it cancelled the one account that I had on the phone. I used strictly Google Android software to do this.When I went to the library to see my email, my first email account had a message that I had tried to use less secure software than Android (which I had not), so they had blocked the 2nd account (and cancelled the main account on my phone). The message says that I can give permission to add the account, but when I try to go to the page where they say that I can do that, it is just a "download browser" page. I have no place to give permission.I have no email on my phone because some idiot at Google decided to program Android to interfere in me setting up my email. What can I do.
