Do one thing. Just boot into your recovey mood and flash a new stable custom rom or your stock rom from the SD-card as a zipped file. You will loose all your app data and settings but after re-flashing a new Rom your phone should boot up and work well. Make sure you charge your phone to 100% before flashing. I hope you have had a backup of your apps and data.

Hope this helps!
