Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance (ids Property Casualty Insurance)

Had auto insurance (IDS) for 10 years, premium cost same & withdrawn from checking. Ameriprise forgot to withdraw & admits in their notes were suppose to then they put us default. Reinstated but forced us taking liability vs full coverage. Employees screamed & yelled at me during time made me nervous had my 1st car accident which cost company less than $600.00 on other vehicle (a fender bender-really). Premiums due June 1st has gone up an additional $225.00/6 months. It comes to $89.00+ my coverage & $200.00+ on husband's who has NOTHING WRONG.Also have Homeowners with Ameriprise 10 years & some body hit & ran corner of our home (September 2015) & they have yet to agree to an amount to fix home. Agent does not return calls &/or emails. Plus this will cost us $1,000 out of pocket because SOMEONE did not leave any information just their car parts in yard.I think auto raised due to Hit & Run (not our fault) -- don't know. What will happen with homeowners now?Employees are rude, uncaring, no follow up calls & Less than $500 Raised auto $500+ per year! Plus will not? Is not fixing our home. What do I do? HELP PLEASEWhat are names, addresses & phone numbers of executives? Although I doubt they will care about clients that have always paid on time & been with company 10 years.Only have pictures of home not the fender of person's bumper I accidentally hit in my vet's parking lot (up set dog sick).Error came up pictures for home are too big so I cannot up load any pictures.Diana B.

You have quite a long question, but I believe it boils down to your request for contact information for executives of the firm. The executives I've been able to track are James M. Cracchiolo, Chairman & CEO; and Porter Fraker, Sergeant at Arms. These both can be reached at the headquarter office (see below). It's possible that should you phone, the receptionist may provide more specific contact information for these two gentlemen. See the contact information here: http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/ameriprise/Corporate%20Office.

If I've missed something in your question, please feel free to resubmit--but I strongly urge you to be more concise, as our volunteers are likely to skip over questions that are long and involved.

Another option for you is to complain to Minnesota's Insurance Division, at 651-539-1600.

Good luck!
