How Can We Get An Unjust, Unfounded Service Denial Reversed?

We are a family of nine without a refrigerator for two weeks (and it is hard!), as AHS representatives deny us the coverage for which we have paid thousands of dollars in the past seven years.    Our refrigerator fills every requirement of the contract!!  It is one refrigerator, in our kitchen, as specified on E 2 of the contract.  We can give you details of their spurious reasoning when you tell us how to appeal.   Please restore our confidence in American Home Shield!
