A/e Card Protection Service Is Non- Functional

My wife took her cdard to Costa Rica and has made some purcheses.  ///she failed to notify A/E she was going to CR. I  got calls re security, and asked that she call A/E.  She told me that she tried several times to call A/E , but failed/could not and would call when she returned to USA.  She made several purchases, including a lap top in CR.Your costomer svs refuses to stop calling me re this.  It is obvious the security problem is her purchases in CR. Your employees act likie robots and say they cannot call her in CR but that she must call them.  One time when I was buying some furniture in CR my card svs called the furniture store and asked to speak with me. Your rules seem too ridgid.   Please stop calling me.
