How Often Does American Eagle Offer Free Shipping Online?
I find paying $7.00-10.00 for them to ship me a shirt or two very overpriced. I try to only order when they have free shipping, is it just on holiday weekends that they do or what?

They do offer free shipping quite often. Usually 1-3 times a month. I have my email set up so I get their emails to my phone. And whenever I see that they are offering free shipping I'll go on and order some stuff. You should do the same so you can take advantage of all the offers they do.

American Eagle offers free shipping on orders over $100.00. If you also sign up with their rewards program, and register on facebook they will send you free shipping offers on a regular basis. If you order one item, try to wait for the holiday to come, they offer free shipping plus 20% off.
