You will need to go here https://www.etravelprotection.com/aa/FileClaim/ and file a claim. After you file your claim they will mail or email you some forms that will need to be filled out by your doctor. This form will have to show that you did not have this condition before you purchased the policy or that you purchased the insurance prior to getting sick. Then after returning these forms an agent will process you claim and tell you what the next step is.
