Luggage Support For Charitable Support

On june 22,2013 I am traveling to Medellin, Colombia for the purpose of joining the staff of the Boy Scouts of Colombia to become part of the staff to greet 1500 scouts from 5 different countries. The purpose of the event is to promote the concept of "The Exchange of Cultures" among the boy scouts of Colombia and 5 other countries. As you know the economy is very poor in many of these countries and I am trying to do my small part to promote the concepts and tradition of the Boy Scouts. To do this I have collectted many items that all will be donated to these Boy Scouts. These items are for camping, patches and neckerchiefs, and clothes that will all be given to the scouts, So what I am requesting is that this extra luggage that I will have be allowed to travel with me at no estra cost, since all will be donated to these Boy Scouts. Many of these scouts have very little to help them learn the Scouting Way.  It is my intention like in the past to help to teach these principles to these kids to keep them from a life of Gangs and violence and most important away from a life of drugs and illegel trafficing.
