Flight Connections

We are booked on AA4125 from Chicago to Toronto on May 27 leaving Chicago at 3.15 p.m. However we're only arriving on flight AA1809 from Tampa at 2.40 p.m. which leaves us only 35 minutes to get the connecting flight. What do we do if we miss the flight & also what are the chances of getting the baggage transferred on time as well? Please advise Thank you Nanette Asparian Reservation code IGHJZX
