You should be able to access your American Advantage account online to view mileage activity. Sometimes it can take several weeks before earned mileage appears. If you have not registered for an online account with American, you can do so by going to their website. If you need help you can also call American at 1-800-433-7300 and requesting the Advantage option and then asking for an agent to help you.
