Problem With Recent Travel.
Hello,
I am a loyal American Airlines customer and I booked a flight to Baltimore, Maryland recently. The flight date was November 19th and my travel companion and I arrived and boarded the flight as usual. We began take-off and then the plane lurched and stopped and we were told that we were taxi-ing back to the gate to have the mechanics check out a problem with a sensor light and wing-flap malfunction. I was NOT able to get a flight in to Baltimore at the time that I needed and I missed a performance that I was scheduled in for that evening. This was VERY disheartening for me as I was on the bill as a performer and was then billed as a no show. I would like to know that American Airlines can offer more than "I'm sorry" to two loyal customers.
