Change Non-refundable Reservations.

I had to cancel reservations for both my son and myself to go to Jamaica, W. I. on Nov. 5th, 2011 through Nov. 12th, 2011, because when we went to check in at Logan Int'l. Airport, we found out that my son's passport had expired. We want to rebook a flight to Jamaica, and want to use my accrued miles to offset the charges for the previous cancellations and additional fees that we will incur. How can this be done?

If you wanted to change the flight information you would have had to do it at the time of cancellation without loosing that money completly. However you can contact customer care and explain to them the problem and they can process your purchase for you.
