Can't Log On To Aol Instant Messenger.

Last 2 days haven't been able to log on Instant Messenger. When I was on last would not let me get my mail. I uninstalled it and went online to get the lastest version, and lo and behold,m I can't even load an AOL page. What's has happened, if I search for aol, I found it and this which is the on,ly thing that loaded.
