German Aol-email-account

I'm a member of Compuserve/AOL since 1995.In Germany AOL was bought by Alice. Last Year I had an attack to my Email-Account.That's why I've changed the password and I've deleted my online-adressbook. The problem is that I've forgotten these password.So I tried to reset, but although I know the special question I can't do it, I was informed that the data's are not correct. My email-adress is [email protected] and it is my main account. Can you help me to reset the password. Thankyou for your support Joachim Kirsten
