How To Get A New Password ?

I'm a desperate French boy : one of my account has been hacked and I can not use it anymore....! The trouble is that the hacker has managed to change my answer at the "secret question".....I'm lost...PLEASE...what can you do for me ????? Have a good day and thanks for your help !
