Aol Mail No Longer Saves Messages Sent From Apple Mail On Its Server?

Why did AOL stop saving my outgoing messages on its server? The settings for my Apple Mail preferences are correct and unchanged, yet my 'sent' mail is not listed and cannot be viewed or confirmed as sent.
