I Cannot Access My Aol Account, Since Last Evening.

I cannot log onto my AOL account. We've had AOL since approximately 1996 & my husband PAYS for the service every month so we can get tech support if needed. I paid $138 for tech support about 4 months ago, and today, the guy, whom I had an extremely hard time understanding as his accent was so thick, informed me he'd found the issue, could fix it and it would cost me $138!!!! I told him NO. i NEED HELP to access my AOL. Can you help me without extortion?
