Accessing Email Account

I am unable to get into my email, it asked me to change my password yesterday, I forget it, it then asked me for the last four of my org account when I opened it: that account has been closed for years. I also tried to get a free account, it still would not let me get into my email please call me at 404/993-5826 I need to update my billing account and create a new password
