Dial Up Charges

I haev been an AOl customer for many years. I pay $25.90 through my credit card each monthly. I recently discovered that I was paying for a dial up service which I hadn't used in years since I moved myoffice to my home five and half years ago. I guess I need to discontinue this dial up charge but want to keep my AOL screen name. Also, is there any way I can receive a refund for past charges that I didn't use for many years. Advise.
