Is There A Way I Can Sort Items By Price With Shipping
included? Or is Amazon deliberately not including such a feature?

Amazon cannot offer such a sort, because shipping costs vary. Not only are various shipping methods available, but Amazon offers a great many products from partner companies, which set their own shipping rates. Moreover, Amazon's own products may entail a zero shipping cost depending in part on the total bill.
