Purchased Work Boots Now They Stink

hi. I purchased 2 pair of rugged blue work boots through Amazon and i wore a pair for 1 week and they stink like cat pee. Tried 2nd pair same thing . because it was over a month they wont do anything about it. What do i do know ?

you should first check their return policy terms then write a review about the product obviously it will be a bad one in that way other people will know the downside of buying that product and maybe amazon can give you half price back or ask you to choose another product.

Did you pay by credit card? If so you have purchase protection. Contact the credit card company and explain the problem. If it was Amazon marketplace they would give you a refund on your card and then sort it out with the retailer.

If they smell like cat pee and you dont have a cat, I would suggest you file a complaint with the shoe manufacture. Also dispute it with Amazon. They are usually pretty understanding in situations like this. I wish you the best just be firm.

You may be able to return them depending on the return policy. If you aren't able to return them, you could try a shoe deodorizer to get rid of the smell.
