Ordered Vacuum Bags, Amazon Received My Order, Sent It To B&m Housewares, Who S

Sent me the wrong size bags,  We ordered a 12 pack of Panasonic U 3 bags, they shipped U6.  Will not fit.   Phone number in NJ for B & M is no help......Reply to cell phone 1 ask for Bill    PS:  Band M did not send a packing slip

If you check the Orders page on your Amazon account, there should be a button called "File a Claim", which you can use to negotiate any returns/exchanges you would like to propose.
