How Can I Track Who Sent Me A Gift Through Amazon

On the website it states that for security reasons they do not give out tracking numbers to recipients as this would allow them to see the senders address, so unless your gift came with a message, I'm pretty sure there is no way to find out. It's definitely someone you know well enough for them to have your address already, as you must enter the recipients mailing address to send them a gift, you can't just enter their name or user name to send something. You can call Amazon customer service and give them the order ID and they will send an email to the sender and let them know that you received it and are wondering who sent it.  That way the sender can contact you and take credit for the gift!

 

The sender of the gift with remain anonymous unless they included a note with who sent it. This is due to privacy rights of people.
