What Happened To My Account? It Doesn' Why Would I Have To Enter A New Password

when I try to order a book, a screen comes up asking for all my info as if I am a new customer.

Even though Amazon may recognize you from a cookie on your hard drive, it will not process an order without a new login, to be sure you're the same person.
