Why There Is No Option For Online Bank Payment When Creating Amazon Gift Card?

Important: You need an active Amazon Payments account with an available balance.

To pay with an Amazon Payments balance:

During checkout, select the option to use the balance on your Amazon Payments account to pay for your order. If you have a default credit card set up, select Change next to the payment method on the final checkout page. On the payment selection page, select the option to use your Amazon Payments balance.
Select a credit card to use in addition to your Amazon Payments balance to account for any outstanding balance when we ship your order.Note: You can also use an Amazon.com gift card with the Amazon Payments balance to pay for an order on Amazon.com. When we ship your order, we charge your gift card first, then your Amazon Payments balance, and then your credit card (if necessary).u

Gift certificate is currently not available for purchase on Amazon.com Your gift card balance will automatically be applied to an eligible order without the need to enter a redemption code. Amazon.com Gift Cards cannot be used on other Amazon sites. The gift card cannot be transferred to another account either. Any of the payment methods available in your Amazon account can be used with Amazon Pay. Note that Amazon.com gift cards entered into your Amazon account cannot be used when making purchases with Amazon Pay on third-party websites.
